What Risk Tracking does

Registers and templates

  • As many registers as your organization needs, each run by its own administrator
  • A built-in 5 × 5 template, or your own — scales, bands, categories, treatments and closure evidence, every mandatory attribute checked
  • Custom attributes per register: text, number, date, yes/no or a list of options
  • Visibility per register: everyone, or named people, units and groups

Risks

  • Risks at organization, unit or individual level, each with an owner
  • A heat map and a by-category view that follow your filters
  • Treatment plans whose actions can be delegated, and appear on the assignee’s My Tasks
  • Closing or accepting a residual risk requires evidence against every closure item

Oversight

  • Optional approval before a risk closes — by the register’s administrator or someone you name
  • Corporate risks: nominated from any register, approved by the module’s administrator, shown on one list
  • A dashboard of status, bands, overdue reviews and the highest-scoring risks

Risk Tracking: questions and answers

What is a risk register?
A risk register is the list of risks an organization faces, each with its likelihood, impact, owner and the treatment planned for it. AI Pazz Govnex keeps as many registers as you need — for the organization, a unit or a team — each scored on its template's scales and shown as a heat map.
Can we use our own risk matrix?
Yes. Start from the built-in 5 × 5 template or define your own scales, bands, categories, treatments and closure evidence. Each register can also carry its own custom attributes.
How do the most serious risks reach the board?
Any register can nominate a risk as a corporate risk. Once the module's administrator approves it, it appears on the single corporate risks list.
