  • Customise the playbook in your own words: rename processes, rewrite SOPs, drop or add steps

How is maturity measured during implementation?
On the same scale a gap assessment scores, Initial to Optimised. Achieved maturity per process is derived from the evidence the completed steps produce, never typed in.
What does the AI Pazz team do in an implementation?
